Please follow the below steps get pass this error message.

  • Delete the cache and cookies in the web browser you’re using and then exit
  • reopen, Manually type in www.apexsystems.com (Do not click on a link or let it auto populate from memory)
  • at the top right, Click on “My Apex
  • then click on the link for “Client” (Time Approver) towards the bottom of the page.

If you still receiving the error, you can Also try using a different computer browser or shutting down your computer and restarting it. You can also download the MyApex Systems App through the Apple App Store and Google Play

Google Chrome

1. In the upper right hand corner, select the icon with the 3 vertical dots

2. In that drop down menu; select “Settings”

3. Scroll down and select “Advanced”

4. Under “Privacy and Security” select “Clear Browsing Data”

5. Select “Clear Browsing Data”

Internet Explorer

1. In the upper right hand corner, select the settings icon

2. In that drop down menu; select “Internet Options”

3. Under the “General” tab –Select “Delete”

4. Select “Delete”

Microsoft Edge

1. In the upper right hand corner, select the icon with the 3 horizontal dots

2. In that drop down menu; select “Settings”

3. Scroll down and select “Privacy and services”

4. Under “Clear browsing data” select “Choose what to clear”

3. Select “Cookies and other site data” & “Cached images and files,” and then select “Clear now”.


Firefox

1.Click the menu button and select Options.

2.Select the Privacy & Security panel and go to the Cookies and Site Data section.

3.Click the Clear Data… button. The Clear Data dialog will appear.

  • Cookies and Site Data (to remove login status and site preferences) and Cached Web Content (to remove stored images, scripts and other cached content) should both be check marked.

4.Click Clear.
