Entering Expenses & Submitting Reciepts
Below are steps on how to enter in your expenses. Please make sure that you click Save until you have finished working for the week since you can only submit your timecard once. Also all receipts need to be sent to [email protected] with the expenses report included. (Disable your pop up blocker to view expense report)

**If you do not see the Time Reporting Code for the expense you need to enter in, please email [email protected] the daily breakdown of each expense as well as the receipts so it can be sent over to your Customer Account Specialist to manually enter for you. Also to get you approval for expenses. **

Non-Punch Time:
  • Click the +/- buttons to add additional row
  • Fill out the Assignment – Project – Activity box by selecting the magnifying glass next to the field
  • After you select the Assignment – Project – Activity box, you can then select the Time Reporting Code by selecting the drop down arrow
  • After you select the Time Reporting Code for the Expense, you can then enter the amount of the expense in the appropriate day.
Punch Time:

  • Locate the Expenses and Other section
  • Fill out the Assignment – Project – Activity box by selecting the magnifying glass next to the field
  • After you select the Assignment – Project – Activity box you can then select the Time Reporting Code by selecting the drop down arrow
  • After you select the Time Reporting Code for the Expense, you can then enter the amount of the expense in the appropriate day.
  • Click the +/- buttons to add additional row to add more expenses
Adding Expenses Receipts

After entering expenses, you will need to attach the receipts to the timecard. Please click on image upload before submitting your timecard to upload your receipt.


***Below are steps to have your receipts uploaded onto your timecard if you already submitted your timecard.***

  • Click on Weekly Expense Report
  • Select weekending Saturday date 
    • Make sure you disable your popup blocker so that the pdf will pop open
  • Using your expense report as a cover page, place your receipts underneath. 
  • Submit one of two ways: 
    • Fax: 1-866-857-0201 
    • Scan to PDF & Email: [email protected] *important: Do not submit as a jpeg. *
