Forgot User ID and Password Resets
Click on Forgot my password! On the MyApex Time Management home page
  • Enter in your Apex Contractor ID # This is NOT your User ID
  • Before you reset the password you can view your User ID (User IDs cannot be reset or changed once created)
  • Enter in your personal information and answer your security question then click Email Password to have a password sent to the email address we have on file.
  • Temporary passwords expire after 24 hours
  • Passwords & User IDs are both case sensitive
Please change your password once logged in
  • New passwords must between 8 to 32 characters long. It must also contain a letter, numbers and a symbol.

**If you experience an unauthorized error message, please clear your cache and cookies and reopen the browser**
