To update your W4, please log into your My Apex Time Management account and under the “My Pay Info,” section, you can click on “Update W-4 Information.”

To confirm that the change was successful, please check that the Submit button is grayed out.

If the Submit button remains yellow, please try the below steps!

• Manually type in your password
• Try clearing out your cache and cookies and reopening the browser
