Updating Timecard (Accidental Submittal, Correction, or Missed Deadline)

Unfortunately you can only submit your time card once per week. Contractor Care cannot unlock the timecard system.
- Please send the daily breakdown of your hours (example: Monday 8 hrs.) to your Recruiter/ Account Manager or submit a ticket so that we can submit your hours to your Customer Account Specialist (CAS) to manually update.
- If you live in CA please provide punch in/out times and meal break times along with total hours for that day
- {example: 8am to 5pm (lunch 1 to 2pm) 8 hours
- If you live in CA please provide punch in/out times and meal break times along with total hours for that day
- If we have received your hours after the deadline (Sunday 11:59pm ET), you are subjected to your pay to process with next weeks payroll, unless you have reached out to Contractor Care at [email protected] or submitted a help desk ticket over the weekend.
**Any manual corrections to the timecard you will not be viewable on your My Apex time system.**
