Creating a My Apex Account/ Already Registered or Invalid Error

Please follow the below steps to create a My Apex account.

  • Click on “Register for a new user ID”
  • Check the Box to Accept all Terms & Conditions and then click Next
  • Enter in your Contractor ID
  • The system will walk you through the process of setting up a user name and password.

**If you experience an unauthorized error message, please clear your cache and cookies and reopen the browser**

Already Registered or Invalid Error:

  • If this is your first week, please wait until Friday after 5:00pm EST to register as you will not have access
  • If you were previously employed with Apex in the past your old account is still active, you will use your previous User ID.
    • Please click on “Forgot my password!” On the MyApex Time Management home page
